Returns & Replacements

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate Mountainside Medical warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx or USPS.

If using USPS please mail the product back to:

Please include receipt/order number and reason for the return.

Products must be unopened due to regulations from the department of health. All medical products are to be sold in the original packaging and cannot be repackaged.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

All returns authorized by www.premiermedicalequip.com are subject to a restocking fee of 25% and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice/Sales receipt. 

Due to manufacturers’ return policies, Braces, Splints, Sammons Preston Products, Don Joy, and other custom equipment may be returned to Premier Medical for repairs only -no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time.

Scrotal Supports are non-returnable. 

Medical equipment past the return grace period of 30 days, can only be exchanged or repaired under warranty.   

Products that are non-returnable and shipped back to us will be discarded. 

Shipping is nonrefundable.
